本文利用正电子湮没技术测量了700℃时含铈0-0.95%的一组铁铈合金的线形参数S。经过数据处理,得出了700℃时铈在纯铁中的固溶度为0.085%左右。此结果与电子探针的测量结果相一致。
In this paper, positron annihilation technique was used to measure the linear parameter S of a group of Fe-Ce alloy containing cerium 0-0.95% at 700 ℃. After data processing, we conclude that the solid solubility of cerium in pure iron at 700 ℃ is about 0.085%. This result is consistent with the measurement of the electron probe.
