随着我国改革开放国策的逐步深化,电力工业体制改革与电力市场化的深入展开,办电渠道日趋多元化,过去发电不足的矛盾在一定程度上得到了很大的改善,但是也面临着前所未有的竞争,怎样应对当前严峻形势,既保证其生存与发展,又使其尽到服务社会的责任,经过分析,要使企业市场竞争力不断提升,赢利能力不断增强,就必须认真研究电力市场营销新格局,努力做好电力市场营销工作,建立营销战略思想和完善的营销组织体系,本文将针对目前供电企业的市场营销存在的问题,并进行具体分析,为其制定合理有效的营销策略。
