目的了解潮阳区餐饮业食品量化分级的情况,更好制定一套行之有效的量化分级管理措施,确保餐饮业及集体食堂的量化分级工作顺利进行。方法分析餐饮业及集体食堂量化分级管理工作存在的问题及原因,提出相应对策。结果餐饮业食品量化分级管理率低,以致发证率也偏低,监督管理难。结论因地制宜,分规模、分标准进行量化评分才能顺利开展餐饮业及集体食堂的量化分级工作.
Objective To understand the quantitative classification of foodstuffs in Chaoyang District and to better develop a set of effective quantitative and hierarchical management measures to ensure the quantification and grading of the catering industry and collective canteens smoothly. Methods Analyzes the existing problems and reasons of quantitative management of restaurants and collective canteens, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Results Food and beverage industry classification of food management rate is low, resulting in low certification rate, supervision and management difficult. Conclusion According to local conditions, sub-scale, sub-standard quantitative score in order to successfully carry out the dining industry and collective canteens quantitative grading.
