以甲基丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用分散聚合法合成了平均粒径约31.0μm的pH敏感性葡萄糖印迹微凝胶,研究了模板分子/功能单体摩尔比、交联剂用量和引发剂用量对印迹微凝胶葡萄糖吸附性能的影响,考察了印迹微凝胶对葡萄糖与果糖的选择吸附性,并进行了Scatchard模型分析。结果表明:各因素对印迹微凝胶葡萄糖吸附性能的影响类似,微凝胶对葡萄糖的吸附量均呈现先增加后减小的趋势,制备的印迹微凝胶对葡萄糖具有选择吸附性,Scatchard模型分析表明印迹微凝胶存在两种不同的结合位点。
Using pH-sensitive glucose-imprinted microgel with average particle diameter of about 31.0μm by using dispersion polymerization method with methacrylic acid and hydroxyethyl methacrylate as functional monomers and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent , The effects of the mole ratio of template molecule / functional monomer, the amount of crosslinker and the amount of initiator on the adsorption of glucose on imprinted microgels were investigated.
