在本研究中,测定了鸡蛋花叶水提液(简称FX)对各种离体组织的药理效应。发现它能使豚鼠的盲肠带(taenia caeci)松弛,而使大鼠输精管收缩。酚妥拉明〔但不是伯罗拉诺醇(propranolol)即1—异丙胺—3(1—萘氧基)—2—丙醇〕(译者注)能够对抗这些效应。单独使用FX能增加兔回肠的自发活动。在有阿托品存在时,FX则能削弱这种自发活动,这一效应又被酚妥拉明(而不是伯罗拉诺醇)所对抗。FX还可以削弱大鼠心房(atria)的自发收缩力,阿托品则能对抗这一效应。上述这些结果表明,FX对α肾上腺感器(但非β_1与β_2肾上腺感受器)具有兴奋作用,同时亦具有胆碱能刺激作用。
In this study, the pharmacological effects of aqueous extracts from the flower of the flower buds (abbreviated as FX) on various tissues were determined. It was found that it relaxed the taenia caeci of guinea pigs and contracted the vas deferens in rats. Phentolamine [but not propranolol, ie 1-isopropylamine-3 (1-naphthyloxy)-2-propanol), is able to counteract these effects. Using FX alone can increase the spontaneous activity of rabbit ileum. In the presence of atropine, FX can attenuate this spontaneous activity, and this effect is antagonized by phentolamine (rather than corollarol). FX can also weaken the spontaneous contractility of rat atria, and atropine can counter this effect. These results indicate that FX has stimulatory effects on alpha adrenergic receptors (but not beta 1 and beta 2 adrenal receptors) and also has cholinergic stimulation.
