小城市作为中国城市链的基础环节,随着全面建设小康社会进程的推进,发展社区家政服务对提高人民生活质量起着越来越重要的作用。但小城市的社区家政服务业尚处于一个刚刚起步的阶段,还存在着服务意识淡漠,管理理念滞后,尚未形成规模特色和完善的管理体系等一系列问题。那么小城市社区家政服务企业应通过逐步树立良好的企业形象,不断更新管理理念,建立完善的服务管理体系,进一步加强企业人力资源管理来促进家政服务业的发展,以适应时代的要求。
As the basic link of China’s urban chain, with the advancing of the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the development of community domestic service plays an increasingly important role in improving the quality of people’s life. However, the community home service industry in small cities is still in a nascent stage. There are also a series of problems such as indifferent service consciousness, lagging management concept, and not yet forming scale characteristics and a sound management system. So the domestic small and medium-sized domestic service enterprises should gradually establish a good corporate image, constantly updated management philosophy, establish and improve the service management system, and further strengthen the human resources management of enterprises to promote the development of domestic service industry to meet the requirements of the times.
