据统计,我区在区外就业的农民工有400多万人,受国际金融危机的影响,去年9月以来,外出农民工出现返乡热潮。为了增强返乡农民工再就业能力、缓解返乡农民工再就业压力,我区劳动保障部门和各级党委、政府采取各项积极有效的措施,为返乡农民工构建了一张再就业保障网。
According to statistics, there are more than 4 million migrant workers in our district who are employed outside the area. Due to the impact of the international financial crisis, since September last year migrant workers went home to go home. In order to enhance the reemployment capacity of returned migrant workers and ease the pressure of reemployment of migrant workers returning home, the labor security department and party committees and governments at various levels in our region have taken active and effective measures to establish a re-employment guarantee for returned migrant workers network.
