新一轮的中小学课程改革不仅为教育工作者提供了进一步发展的契机,同时又对教育工作者提出了更高的要求。越来越多的教师感到压力在增大。这种压力不仅来自于新知识的急剧增加,同时还来自于教育行业激烈竞争的形成。而教师资格证书的实施,更加剧了这种竞争的态势。因此,如何提高自己的竞争力就成为广大教师较关注的问题。
The new round of primary and secondary school curriculum reform not only provides educators with opportunities for further development, but also places higher demands on educators. More and more teachers feel that the pressure is increasing. This pressure comes not only from the sharp increase in new knowledge, but also from the formation of fierce competition in the education industry. The implementation of the teacher qualification certificate has further exacerbated this competition. Therefore, how to improve one’s own competitiveness has become a problem that the majority of teachers are concerned about.
