近几年内,青少年犯罪总数已经占到了全国刑事犯罪总数的70%以上,其中十五六岁少年犯罪案件又占到了青少年犯罪案件总数的70%以上。暴力倾向应扼杀在摇篮中,为少年的成长,社会的安宁出一份力。
