[目的]研究Ca2+对水稻Ac/Ds愈伤组织增殖、分化及生根的影响。[方法]选用水稻品种Dongjin的Ac/Ds插入突变株系的种子,从成熟胚盾片诱导出愈伤组织,在筛选出的最适增殖、分化及生根培养基中添加不同浓度的Ca2+,研究Ca2+对水稻愈伤组织增殖、分化及生根的影响。[结果]适当增加Ca2+浓度能提高水稻愈伤组织的相对生长量、分化率、再生植株生根条数及根长,当Ca2+浓度为6.0mmol/L时效果最佳,当Ca2+浓度为7.5~15.0 mmol/L时水稻愈伤组织的相对生长量、分化率、再生植株的生根条数及根长呈下降趋势。[结论]适当增加培养基中Ca2+浓度可提高水稻Ac/Ds愈伤组织的相对生长量、分化率、再生植株生根条数及根长。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of Ca2 + on the proliferation, differentiation and rooting of Ac / Ds callus in rice. [Method] Ac / Ds of rice variety Dongjin was inserted into the seeds of the mutant strain, callus was induced from mature embryo scutellum, and different concentrations of Ca2 + were added to the screened optimum proliferation, differentiation and rooting medium. Effect of Ca2 + on the Proliferation, Differentiation and Rooting of Rice Callus. [Result] Appropriate increase of Ca2 + concentration could improve the relative growth of callus, differentiation rate, rooting number and root length of the regenerated plants. When Ca2 + concentration was 6.0mmol / L, the best effect was obtained. When Ca2 + concentration was 7.5-15.0 mmol / L, the callus relative growth rate, differentiation rate, rooting number and root length of regenerated plants decreased. [Conclusion] Appropriate increase of Ca2 + concentration in medium can increase the relative growth of Ac / Ds callus, differentiation rate, rooting number and root length of regenerated plants.
