In recent years, the relationship between meteorological factors and acute cerebrovascular disease (CVD) has drawn people’s attention. In order to further understand this objective law, we observed 428 CVD incidences and meteorological relationships in our county during the four-year period from 1980 to 1983. The patients included 68 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, 308 cases of cerebral thrombosis, 35 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage and 17 cases of cerebral embolism. The observation area is located at 33 ° 04 ’north latitude 112 ° 56’ east and 122 meters above sea level. Flat terrain, annual temperature fluctuations of a 1.9--27.6 ℃. Air pressure wave 99.1 ~ 1017.2 mbar. Relative humidity fluctuations 50--89%.
