随着民航设备不断更新,越来越多的的先进导航设备应用到空管保障中,航行管制人员对先进设备的依赖度越来越高,一旦出现故障,对飞行安全带来的危害和产生的各种影响无法估量,文中以四川绵阳南郊机场为例,简述了导航设备存在的危机风险、管理目标和实施要点,提出了降低危机风险的五种对策:分类建立故障统计数据库提高故障预防能力;制定导航设备故障预防措施;完善导航设备的日常检查维护内容;强化导航设备的使用培训;技术改进消除监控盲区。通过实际工作中的应用,提高了绵阳机场导航保障中危机管理的综合能力,降低了导航设备故障对飞行安全影响风险。
