Objective: To study the clinical effects of 577nm micro-pulsed laser combined with conbaxip on diabetic macular edema. Methods: 103 patients (103 eyes) with diabetic macular edema diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2012 to December 2014 were divided into observation group and control group according to the difference of treatment methods. The control group was treated with 577nm micropulse laser. The observation group was given 577nm micropulse laser combined with intravitreal injection of compstax. The changes of best corrected visual acuity and foveal thickness before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The two-factor repeated measures analysis of variance, the two groups of the best corrected visual acuity and foveal thickness in the treatment group between the treatment effect and the time effect of the interaction were statistically significant (P <0.05), the main effect of treatment (P <0.05). There was a significant difference between the two treatment methods (P <0.05). The best corrected visual acuity and foveal thickness index in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05) . The best corrected visual acuity of both groups increased with the prolongation of treatment time (P <0.05), and the foveal thickness of the macula decreased with the prolongation of treatment time (P <0.05). Conclusion: 577nm micro-pulsed laser combined with conbaxip can improve the best corrected visual acuity and reduce the degree of macular edema in patients with diabetic macular edema, which is worth popularizing.
