本文介绍我国首次建成的两座下承式预应力铁路槽形梁桥的设计概况。两桥的跨度分别为20m(双线)和24m(单线)。槽形梁是由两侧主梁和中间的道床板组成的一种下承式结构,其突出的优点是建筑高度小。 本文就两桥的构造作了简要介绍,并着重阐述了从理论和试验中概括出的设计原则。在设计细节方面,简述了孔道布置、张拉顺序、控制应力、角隅部应力等内容。此外,还简介了一部分工艺试验和建成后的运营试验的过程和成果。
This article introduces the design overview of the two under-constructed prestressed railway trough girders constructed in our country for the first time. The span of the two bridges are 20m (double line) and 24m (single line) respectively. Slotted beam is composed of both sides of the main beam and the middle of the roadbed composed of a through-type structure, its outstanding advantage is the building height is small. This paper introduces the structure of Liangqiao briefly, and emphatically expounds the design principles summarized from theory and experiment. In the design details, the article briefly describes the layout of holes, tension sequence, control stress, corner stress and so on. In addition, the process and results of a part of the process test and the completed operation test are also introduced.
