问:贸易保护措施对经济复苏究竟有没有好处?答:一个国家采取贸易保护措施,如果没有引起别国报复性反弹的话,短期内对该国经济肯定有利。但一个地区大国或世界大国特别是美国,采取贸易保护措施的做法,势必引起国际社会的巨大反弹。如果各国都针对他国的自我保护措施报复,必然就会引发贸易战的恶性循环。任何“以邻为壑”的政策都可能引起报复并最终损害本国利益。上世纪30年代掀起的贸易战就是非常深刻的前车之鉴。
