2012年中央经济工作会议和2013年党的十八届三中全会均强调了企业承担社会责任问题;2014年党的十八届四中全会把加强企业社会责任立法提上了议事日程;2015年《中共中央国务院关于构建和谐劳动关系的意见》明确指出,要建立符合我国国情的企业社会责任标准体系和评价体系。可见,企业社会责任建设已纳入到党治国理政总体框架中,并将向着法制化、规范化的方向推进。工会对此应予以高度关注和积极推动。
The Central Economic Work Conference in 2012 and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee in 2013 all emphasized the issue of corporate social responsibility. In 2014, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put the strengthening of corporate social responsibility legislation on the agenda. In 2015 The Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Building a Harmonious Labor Relations clearly states that it is necessary to establish a standard system and evaluation system of corporate social responsibility that is in line with China's national conditions. Can be seen that the construction of corporate social responsibility has been incorporated into the overall framework of party and government management, and will be towards legalization and standardization of the direction. The trade unions should pay close attention and actively promote this.
