本文针对工民建中的渗漏问题及防渗漏技术的要点进行了分析和探讨。房屋漏水是工民建中最常见的施工问题,造成这种结果的因素是多方面的。屋面、墙体及裂缝、卫生间、厨房,以及各个门窗是最容易出现漏水的地方。对此,本文以解决工民建渗漏问题为出发点,对工民建工程中常用的防渗漏技术进行了研究和探索,希望能为改善工民建中的渗漏现状贡献绵薄之力。
This article aims at the leakage of workers and civilians in the construction and anti-leakage technology points were analyzed and discussed. Housing leakage is the most common construction workers in the civil construction problems, resulting in such a result, there are many factors. Roofing, walls and cracks, bathroom, kitchen, and all doors and windows are the most prone to water leaks. In this regard, this paper to solve the problem of civil construction leakage as a starting point for the common civil engineering leakage prevention technology research and exploration, hoping to improve the leakage of workers and civilians to contribute to the status quo.
