一枝蒿(Artemisia rupestris L.)系菊科植物,其全草为新疆伊犁地区牧民沿用已久的民族药。本品含黄酮、挥发油、氨基酸及生物碱等。我院研制的一枝蒿口服液用于各种类型的荨麻疹,取得了显著的疗效。 1 口服液的制备 1.1 处方组成:一枝蒿生药400g,蜂蜜160g,蔗糖160g,蒸馏水加至1000ml。 1.2 配制方法:称取粉碎药材的粗粉加10倍量水,水煎3次,合并煎液,浓缩至1:1.5,浓缩液中加入2倍量95％乙醇,边加边搅匀,放置24h后过滤,滤渣用少许60％乙醇冲洗,合并滤液回收乙醇浓缩至1:1.5,加入热制过的蜂蜜及蔗糖、蒸馏水至1000ml,调pH值至规定范围,过滤分装于10ml锁口瓶中,100℃流通蒸汽灭菌即得。 2 临床应用 2.1 一般资料:治疗组92例,年龄15～55岁。受试病例均系诊断明确,临床可见典型风团,人工划痕症状明显阳性者,所有病人在治疗前1个月均未用过任何治疗荨麻疹药物,病期3个月内为急性荨麻疹,3个月以上者为慢性荨麻疹。根据一枝蒿口服液临床观察,将
