近年来,笔者采用针刺加拔火罐治疗支气管哮喘,取得了即刻平喘较为满意的临床效果。本文共观察150例,均为门诊患者,随机收治明确诊断为支气管哮喘急性发作期病例,其中男91例,女59例;年龄以20～50岁居多;分型:过敏型120例,感染型19例,混合型11例;病情:轻度3例,中度87例,重度29例;合并症:合并支气管炎42例,合并肺气肿25例,合并肺心病3例。治疗方法一、取穴:主穴取孔最、鱼际;配穴取
In recent years, the author used acupuncture plus cupping treatment of bronchial asthma, obtained immediate relief of more satisfactory clinical results. In this paper, a total of 150 cases were observed, were outpatients, were admitted to a clear diagnosis of bronchial asthma exacerbation of cases, including 91 males and 59 females; aged 20 to 50 years old; type: 120 cases of allergic type 19 cases, mixed type in 11 cases; condition: mild in 3 cases, moderate in 87 cases, severe in 29 cases; complications: bronchitis in 42 cases, with emphysema in 25 cases, combined pulmonary heart disease in 3 cases.
