目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地刺五加中紫丁香苷的含量。方法:采用C18柱,流动相:甲醇-水(20:80),流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长:265nm。结果:伊春产刺五加紫丁香苷含量最高;但五个产地中刺五加紫丁香苷含量均远高于2005年版《中华人民共和国药典》一部中关于刺五加紫丁香苷含量的要求。
Objective: To determine the content of syringin in Acanthopanax senticosus from different areas by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: A C18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (20:80). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results: The content of syringin in Acanthopanax senticosus was the highest in Yichun, but the contents of syringin in Acanthopanax senticosus in five producing areas were much higher than those in the first edition of “Pharmacopoeia of People’s Republic of China” in 2005.
