为有效延长开采深部资源时的开拓巷道服务年限,解决松软破碎困难条件下的巷道支护安全,研究出针对高地应力条件下配合高强度锚杆、锚索支护系统使用的深孔注浆材料-德克因.试验表明:该种材料可以提高破碎岩体的完整性,破碎岩体注浆并进行锚杆支护后,可为锚杆内力着力点和拱形压缩带的形成创造可靠条件,很大程度上解决了软岩巷道的支护问题,有效地减缓了巷道变形速度,延长了巷道的服务年限,保证了安全生产.“,”In order to effectively prolong the development roadway service life in the deep resource exploration,solve the soft and hard conditions of roadway support security,for the high geostress conditions with high strength bolt and anchor cable supporting system-Dekeyin,deep hole grouting material was developed.This kind of material can improve the integrity of the broken rock mass,provide crushing of rock mass after the grouting and bolting for internal force of anchor points and reliable conditions for the formation of the compression zone.The material largely solved the problem of soft rock roadways support roadway deformation effectively slowed down the speed,extended the service life of roadway,guaranteed the safety in production.
