目的:探讨心内科开展优质护理服务的措施和成效,提高护理工作效率和整体护理质量。方法:将优质护理服务理念引入心内科护理工作中,建立“医疗特色”护理责任小组,加强基础护理,完善患者健康教育体系,优化护理排版模式,明确岗位职责,确保护理安全。并评估开展优质护理服务前后,心内科整体护理质量、护理人员对护理工作满意度及患者对护理的满意度。结果:在心内科开展优质护理服务后,科室整体护理质量水平有了显著提高(P<0.01);护理人员对护理工作满意度较之前的84.51%上升到了96.72%,患者满意度也较之前的82.43%上升到了95.62%(P<0.05)。结论:在心内科开展优质护理服务活动,提高整体护理质量水平,确保了护理安全,增进了护患和谐。
Objective: To explore the measures and effectiveness of quality nursing service in cardiology and improve the efficiency of nursing work and overall nursing quality. Methods: Introduce the concept of quality nursing service into the nursing work of cardiology, establish “medical specialty” nursing responsibility group, strengthen basic nursing, improve patient health education system, optimize nursing typesetting pattern, define job responsibilities and ensure nursing safety. Assess the overall quality of care in cardiology, the satisfaction of nursing staff with nursing work, and patient satisfaction with care before and after conducting quality care services. Results: After the quality nursing service was carried out in Department of Cardiology, the overall nursing quality of department was significantly improved (P <0.01). The satisfaction of nursing staff to nursing work increased to 96.72% compared with the previous 84.51%, and the patient satisfaction was also higher than the previous 82.43 % Rose to 95.62% (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the Department of Cardiology, we conducted quality nursing service activities to improve the overall quality of nursing care, ensured the safety of nursing and enhanced the harmony between nurses and patients.
