大量的试验研究表明,大豆异黄酮(Soybean Isoflavones,SI)对骨骼系统具有保健作用,这种作用是通过其类雌激素活性和抗雌激素活性表现出来的。对近年来有关大豆异黄酮对骨骼代谢影响的研究进行综述,重点分析了其发挥生物活性的机理。大豆异黄酮作用机理的阐明对其在食品科学中的应用,具有实际意义。
Extensive experimental studies have shown that Soybean Isoflavones (SI) has a health-care effect on the skeletal system, which is manifested by its estrogenic activity and anti-estrogen activity. In recent years, studies on the effects of soy isoflavones on bone metabolism were reviewed, focusing on the mechanism of its biological activity. The elucidation of the action mechanism of soybean isoflavones has practical significance for its application in food science.
