目的了解扇棘单睾吸虫在广西人群和淡水鱼中的感染情况。方法在肝吸虫流行地区,采用Kato-Katz法检查居民粪便,选择部分吸虫卵阳性者驱虫并收集扇棘单睾吸虫成虫;采用压片和消化法检查鱼类扇棘单睾吸虫囊蚴。结果在5个调查点调查了671人,发现吸虫卵阳性者383例,感染率57.08%,在阳性者中选择128人进行驱虫,有73人排出扇棘单睾吸虫成虫,占驱虫人数的57.03%,其中马山调查点占90.47%。在流行区内收集和消化了鱼类40余种,有17种鱼发现了扇棘单睾吸虫囊蚴:鲢鱼、鲫鱼、花鱼骨、海南似鱼乔、鲤鱼、棒花鱼、、Culter recurviceps、达氏鲌、南方拟餐、马口鱼、条纹小鲃、线细鳊、麦鲮、达氏鲌、蛇鮈、银鮈。其中,鲤鱼和鲫鱼为流行区人群最常生吃的鱼类。结论广西肝吸虫病流行区人群粪检吸虫卵阳性者中,有相当一部分为扇棘单睾吸虫感染,17种鱼检出该虫囊蚴,鲤鱼、鲫鱼等很可能是人感染的主要传播宿主。
Objective To understand the infection of Monascale’s mite in Guangxi and freshwater fish. Methods In the endemic areas of liver flukes, Kato-Katz method was used to examine the excrement of the feces, and some deworming eggs were collected to pick up the adult worms and collect the adults of the genus Machilus. . Results A total of 671 people were surveyed in 5 investigation sites. 383 cases were found positive for the trematode infection, the infection rate was 57.08%. Among the positive cases, 128 were selected for deworming. 73 adults were excreted with adult worms 57.03% of the population, of which Mashan survey accounted for 90.47%. More than 40 species of fish were collected and digested in 17 endemic fish species, and Culter recurviceps were found in 17 species of fish, such as silver carp, crucian carp, fishbone, Hainan fish, carp, , Dasi 鲌, the proposed meal in the South, mackerel, striped 鲃 线, fine wire 麦, wheat 鲮, Dasi 鲌, snakes 鮈, silver 鮈. Among them, carp and crucian carp are the most commonly eaten raw fish in endemic areas. CONCLUSIONS: A significant proportion of the fecal positive test-tube egg-positive people in the endemic area of Guangxi’s endemic area of Clonorchis sinensis are infected by Monascutemid, and 17 kinds of fish detect the metacercariae, carp and crucian carp, which are likely to be the main transmission hosts of human infection .
