山区中学教师的流失大致分为两种情况:一种是显性流失,即山区中学教师直接辞去公职的行为;另一种是隐性流失,即山区中学教师在精力分配和其人事隶属上发生错位,教师将主要精力放在本职工作之外的事情上,从而弱化其本职工作的一种现象。面对显性的山区中学的教师流失,我们的教育管理者还可采取一定的补救措施,而面对隐性的流失,我们的教育管理者就只能“望洋兴叹”。本文对这种“隐性流失”现象进行了解析,以期为地方教育部
