在知识经济时代,知识型员工作为知识的载体,在企业竞争中发挥着日益重要的作用。本文以知识型员工为研究对象,从个人因素和工作环境因素两个方面探讨知识型员工组织承诺的影响因素,并运用企业问卷调查获得的数据进行实证分析。本文在总结国内外文献综述及相关理论的基础上,提出研究理论模型和研究假设,进行调查问卷的设计和收集,并对问卷的数据进行统计分析与假设检验,最后对实证的结果进行讨论。根据研究结果,本文提出了相应的对策和建议。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge workers as the carrier of knowledge play an increasingly important role in the competition of enterprises. In this paper, the knowledge workers as the research object, from two aspects of personal factors and working environment factor knowledge workers organizational commitment factors, and use the data obtained from the enterprise questionnaire empirical analysis. On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign literatures and related theories, this paper puts forward theoretical models and research hypotheses, designs and collects questionnaires, and conducts statistical analysis and hypothesis testing on the questionnaire data. Finally, the empirical results are discussed. According to the research results, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
