针对河北钢铁集团唐钢公司长材部65 t转炉冶炼过程中化渣效果差、炉渣返干严重,从而造成氧枪粘渣粘钢严重、喷头侵蚀严重、喷头非正常消耗高的生产问题,对氧枪喷头工艺参数和经济枪龄进行了优化研究。结果表明:优化后的喷头,开吹枪位降低100 mm,过程枪位降低200 mm,喷头前期化渣效果良好;吹氧时间、冶炼周期和氧耗变化不大,可以满足生产要求;一次拉碳钢水磷含量合格率提高11.43%,终渣w(FeO)降低0.25%。随着氧枪枪龄的增加,吹氧时间、冶炼周期和造渣料消耗变化不大。枪龄超过200炉后,钢铁料消耗升高4.99 kg/t;枪龄增加50炉,冷料消耗升高0.62 kg/t;枪龄增加100炉,终渣w(FeO)升高1.3%。综合考虑,65 t转炉经济枪龄为200炉。
Aiming at the problem of poor slag effect in the smelting process of 65t converter of Tangsteel Company of Hebei Iron and Steel Group Corporation and severe slag drying, the production of oxygen gun slag sticking steel is serious, nozzle erosion is serious, and nozzle abnormal consumption is high. Oxygen gun nozzle process parameters and economic gun age were optimized. The results show that the optimized spray head has the advantages of reducing the blow lance position by 100 mm and reducing the process gun position by 200 mm. The pre-blasting slag has a good effect. The oxygen blowing time, the smelting period and the oxygen consumption change little to meet the production requirements. The pass rate of phosphorus content in carbon steel increased by 11.43% and the final slag w (FeO) decreased by 0.25%. With the increase of oxygen lance age, oxygen blowing time, smelting cycle and slagging consumption change little. The steel material consumption increased by 4.99 kg / t after more than 200-gun-age. The gun age increased by 50-furnace and the cold material consumption increased by 0.62 kg / t. The gunning age increased by 100 and the final slag w (FeO) increased by 1.3%. Taken together, 65 t converter economic gun age of 200 furnaces.
