为了解深圳市宝安区龙华地区餐具集中消毒服务机构的现状和集中消毒餐具的消毒效果,根据国家相关法律、法规、规范、卫生标准及检验方法,对龙华地区6家餐具集中消毒服务机构进行现场监督检查和现场采样送检。调查发现6家餐具消毒服务单位中,持有卫生许可证、企业执照、有索证资料从事生产经营活动占0;148名从业人员持有有效健康证明及卫生知识培训合格证的分别占14.19%、20.27%;6家单位在生产场所布局、产品质量控制、包装标识等方面都存在违规现象;消毒餐具合格率为100%(180/180)。龙华地区集中餐具消毒服务机构有待相关职能部门加强卫生监管,规范企业生产行为。
In order to understand the status quo and the disinfection effect of concentrated disinfection tableware in Longhua district, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, six on-site disinfection service establishments in Longhua area were conducted according to relevant national laws, regulations, norms, hygiene standards and testing methods Supervision and inspection and site sampling inspection. The survey found that six tableware disinfection service units, holders of health permits, business licenses, information on the claims engaged in production and business activities accounted for 0; 148 practitioners hold valid health certificates and health knowledge training certificate accounted for 14.19% , 20.27% respectively. Six units had irregularities in the layout of production sites, product quality control and packaging identification. The passing rate of disinfecting tableware was 100% (180/180). Longhua centralized tableware disinfection services to be the relevant functional departments to strengthen health supervision, regulate enterprise production behavior.
