在分析科技期刊编辑思维的基础上,认为惯性思维对科技期刊质量有2方面的作用,即促进作用和阻碍作用:促进作用主要表现在文稿审理的便捷性和编辑加工的熟练性;阻碍作用表现为审稿思路固定、编辑加工一成不变、办刊理念落后等。对科技期刊质量有促进作用的惯性思维我们要加强,对期刊质量有阻碍作用的则要调整,而学习和多思维模式的培养则是加强和调整惯性思维的主要方式。
On the basis of analyzing the editors’ thinking of sci-tech periodicals, I think inertial thinking has two functions to the quality of sci-tech periodicals, that is, promoting and impeding effects. The promoting effect mainly lies in the ease of editing the manuscript and the editing skill; To review the idea of fixed, editing and processing remain unchanged, running behind the idea. We must strengthen the inertia thinking that promotes the quality of sci-tech periodicals and the hindering effect on the quality of sci-tech periodicals. Learning and multi-thinking mode are the main ways to strengthen and adjust the thinking of inertia.
