一、班级的基本情况与分析由于一些客观原因,我所带的班级生源素质不是很高。学生家长的文化水平不高,他们对孩子的发展前景信心不足。可以说,班级组建的初始阶段,大部分学生的集体意识淡薄,学习基础较差,学习积极性不高,在纪律上经常出现问题。因此,班级学生的总体特征是:缺乏自信,缺乏发展动力,缺乏上进心。二、班级建设的目标我根据学校“为学生的终身发展和可持续发展营造宽松环境”的办学理念,确立了班级建设的具体目标。
