大连科技学院为民办高校,2011年12月工会成立。工会作为工代会和教代会的日常工作机构,在学院党委和上级工会的领导下,依靠学院行政的支持,团结广大会员积极投身高等教育事业,全面履行各项职能。本文以大连科技学院为案例,对如何更好地发挥民办高校工会组织桥梁纽带作用做了案例分析,并提出“四项措施”和“五点建议”。 Dalian Institute of Technology for private colleges and universities, in December 2011 the union was established. Under the leadership of college party committees and higher-level trade unions, trade unions, as the daily work agencies of the Workers ’Congress and the Education Representatives’ Departments, rely on the support of the college administrations to unite their members to engage themselves actively in the cause of higher education and fully perform various functions. This article takes Dalian University of Science and Technology as a case to make a case analysis on how to give play to the role of bridge of the unions in private universities and put forward “four measures” and “five suggestions”.
