不对称催化反应是高效合成单一对映体手性化合物的重要途径之一.近年来,均相催化剂多相化因符合绿色化学发展趋势的要求,成为近年来不对称催化领域的研究热点.但其发展也面临巨大挑战:多相化往往会造成催化活性大幅度下降,还伴随对映选择性的降低甚至完全丧失.基于水滑石层间阴离子种类和数量的可调控性,将具有不对称催化活性的客体阴离子插入水滑石层间,可利用层内空间的限域效应和主体层板的协同效应强化不对称选择性,同时主体层板的可剥离性和功能协同提高反应活性.本文重点综述近几年来基于水滑石超分子插层手性催化材料的研究进展.
