一、案例背景在传统的体育教学模式下,教学内容和方法往往流于形式,内容单调重复,方法缺乏新意,学生处于被动接受的地位,令喜欢上体育课的学生人数呈下降趋势。特别是高中女生,上体育课时存在无精打采,畏难情绪较大,请假较多等情况。学生对体育课的兴趣逐渐降低,最后还可能对体育课产生厌恶心理。经常出现学生喜欢体育而讨厌体育课的被动局面。如何改变这一现状呢?我在教学中尝试采用不同的练习方法,将体
First, the case background In the traditional physical education teaching mode, teaching content and methods are often in the form of monotonous duplication of content, the method lacks new ideas, students are in a passively accepted position, so that the number of students like physical education courses showed a downward trend. Especially for high school girls, when they have physical education, they are listless, fearless and emotional, and have more leave. Students’ interest in physical education classes is gradually reduced, and in the end, students may have aversion to physical education. It often appears that students like sports and hate the passive situation of physical education classes. How to change this situation? I try to use different methods of practice in my teaching.
