一、教学反思有助于提高课堂效益课堂是师生教育生活最重要的组成部分。所以,每上完一节课,师生都要反思这节课的成功与失败之处。师生双方的目标其实很简单,就是让每一节课都上得快乐,这样的快乐更有利于学生成长。这正是提高课堂效益的核心所在。当然,不一定每节课都快乐,在学生不快乐的时候,师生就要想想为什么不快乐,下节课怎么改进;如果课堂效益不高,就想想是什么原因导致了效益不高,下节课应怎样调整?反思那些不快乐的部分
