在更换TR41系转向架的轮对时,为了提高工作效率,轻劳动强度,而制作了本机具。机具的组成如图1、2所示,在四个支架1上放一个H形框架。框架是由两个横梁2和两个纵梁3组焊成的。在四个侧架吊具4的上部各装有一组滚轮,下部装有吊钩,调整丝杠,可使吊具升降。两根摇枕吊具5安装在纵梁3的中间,旋转吊具5的丝杠可使吊具升降。四个制动梁吊具6安装在纵梁3的端部。制动梁吊具的下端是吊钩,旋转丝杠可使得吊具升降。
When changing the wheelset of the TR41 bogie, this machine was made to improve work efficiency and light labor intensity. The components of the machine are shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, and an H-shaped frame is put on the four brackets 1. The frame is made up of two beams 2 and two longitudinal beams 3 welded together. In the four side frame spreader 4 is equipped with a group of upper roller, the lower part of the hook, adjust the screw, can make the spreader. Two bolster spreader 5 is installed in the middle of the stringer 3, the spreader 5 can be screwed lifting spreader. Four brake beam spreaders 6 are mounted on the ends of the side members 3. The lower end of the brake beam spreader is a hook, rotating screw can make lifting spreader.
