通过水蒸气蒸馏法从白术、佩兰、侧柏、紫苏子、白胡椒、化橘红和败酱草中提取植物精油,采用叶碟法测定了7种精油对3龄甜菜夜蛾幼虫的拒食活性。结果表明:在10g/L质量浓度下,白术、佩兰、紫苏子、侧柏精油对试虫表现出较强的拒食活性,48h后的选择性拒食率分别为96.36%、94.33%、95.09%、74.33%,非选择性拒食率分别为92.45%、77.66%、83.01%、60.49%。其中白术的选择性和非选择性拒食活性最好,具有很好的研究价值和实践意义。
The essential oil of plant was extracted from Atractylodes macrophylla, Perilla frutescens, Oriental arborvitae, Perilla frutescens, White pepper, Anthurium and Patrinia by steam distillation. The antifeedant activity of seven kinds of essential oil on the 3rd instar beet armyworm larvae was determined by leaf disc method . The results showed that the crude extracts of Atractylodes macrocephala, Perilla frutescens, Perilla frutescens and Platycladus orientalis showed a strong antifeeding activity against the insects at 10 g / L concentration. The selective antifeedant rates after 48 h were 96.36%, 94.33% and 95.09% , 74.33%, non-selective antifeedant rates were 92.45%, 77.66%, 83.01%, 60.49% respectively. Which Atractylodes selective and non-selective antifeedant activity is best, with good research value and practical significance.
