目的通过建立移植性人胰腺癌(FWK-1)裸鼠动物模型,观察新加良附颗粒对其抑瘤率的影响。方法移植性胰腺癌模型建立后,随机分为治疗组与对照组2组,观察新加良附颗粒干预治疗后的肿瘤体积、平均瘤重以及肿瘤抑制率的变化。结果与对照组比较,新加良附颗粒干预治疗第2周、第3周可见肿瘤体积缩小,具有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组平均瘤重明显降低,有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组肿瘤抑制率为41.04%,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新加良附颗粒具有明显的抑制胰腺癌生长效应。
Objective To establish a transplantable human pancreatic cancer (FWK-1) nude mouse model and observe the effect of Xinjia Liangfu Granule on its tumor inhibition rate. METHODS: After the model of transplanted pancreatic cancer was established, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The changes of tumor volume, mean tumor weight, and tumor inhibition rate after intervention of Xinjia Liangfu Granules were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the tumor volume was decreased at the second week and the third week after intervention of Xinjia Liangfu Granule (P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the average tumor weight of the treatment group was significant. The decrease was statistically significant (P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the tumor suppression rate in the treatment group was 41.04%, which was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Xinjia Liangfu Granules can inhibit the growth of pancreatic cancer.
