新修订的《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》(以下简称《劳动合同法》)自2013年7月1日起施行。修改后的该法最引人关注的是“临时工”与正式工同工同酬。这个新政会如何落地?会给广大“临时工”带来什么变化?前不久,江西省人社厅劳动关系处相关工作人员接受记者采访,为广大读者解读了三个大变化。应该说,此次修改的《劳动合同法》是为“临时工”(劳动派遣员工)编织了又一张保护网。敬请关注。
The newly revised “Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as “Labor Contract Law”) came into force on July 1, 2013. The most noticeable concern with the amended law is that “temporary workers” receive the same pay as regular workers. How will the new administration come to an end and what changes will it bring to the majority of temporary workers?
