目前,骨髓移植被认为是治疗日益增多的肿瘤和非肿瘤疾病的一种有效方法。然而在强烈的骨髓脱空治疗(myeloablative therapy)后,造血重建需要多能造血干细胞(PHSC)。人脐带血作为PHSC的一种来源,已成功用于范可尼贫血病人在接受环磷酰胺和胸腹部照射后的造血重建。本文介绍1例青少年慢性髓性白血病在骨髓脱空治疗后用脐带血进行骨髓造血重建的情况。病例报告患者男性,4岁,患散发性神经纤维瘤。病人状况一直很好,1990年3月3日在常规体检时发现肝、脾及全身淋巴结肿大。血红蛋白9.7g/dl,血小板49 000/μl,白细胞34 600/μl,分类中性粒细胞52%,杆状3%,中幼粒细胞3%,淋巴细胞29%,单核细胞2%,
Currently, bone marrow transplantation is considered as an effective method to treat the growing number of oncological and non-oncological diseases. However, after intensive myeloablative therapy, hematopoietic reconstitution requires pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells (PHSCs). Human umbilical cord blood, a source of PHSC, has been successfully used for hematopoietic reconstitution of patients with Fanconi anemia after receiving cyclophosphamide and thoracoabdominal abdomen irradiation.
