多点模具柔性拉伸成形是一种板料柔性成形技术,具有模具和夹持方式高度柔性化的特点,能够满足各行业对板料产品的需要。多点模具柔性拉伸成形时由于模具型面由多个离散单元组成,在成形区内板料与每个单元贴合,单元的形式对成形质量有着重要影响。因此有必要对单元形式进行研究,掌握其对成形规律的影响。本文对固定单元和摆头单元多点模具柔性拉伸成形进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明:摆头单元比固定单元多点模具柔性拉伸成形件表面更光滑,应变分布更均匀,成形精度更高,成形效果更好。对球面件进行固定单元和摆头单元多点模具柔性拉伸成形试验,验证了其可行性和数值模拟结果的可靠性。
Flexible multi-point die stretch forming is a flexible sheet metal forming technology, with the mold and clamping the way highly flexible features to meet the needs of various sectors of sheet metal products. Multi-point flexible mold during stretch forming as a result of the mold surface by a number of discrete elements in the forming zone sheet with each unit fit, the unit form has a significant impact on the quality of forming. Therefore, it is necessary to study the unit form and grasp its influence on the forming law. In this paper, the numerical simulation of multi-point flexible stretch forming of fixed unit and head unit is carried out. The simulation results show that the swinging unit has a smoother surface, a more uniform strain distribution, a higher forming precision and a better forming effect than the fixed unit multi-point flexible drawing part. The test of flexible stretch forming of multi-point die with fixed unit and oscillating head unit on the spherical part verified its feasibility and the reliability of numerical simulation results.
