近年来,我校随迁子女日渐增多,如今已达全校总学生数的90%,成为一个必须关注的特殊群体,随迁子女的教育管理日益成为学校关注的重点。根据我校学生问卷调查显示,因学习环境、生活经历、家庭教育、行为习惯、学习基础等因素的差异,客观上造成随迁子女之间、与上海同学之间发展的不平衡,学生自卑心理比较普遍,自我表达和沟通合作能力比较缺乏,对自我成长和未来发展比较茫然等。为了帮助其自信地成长,更快更好地融入上海,我校从主题教育月、走进大学城、社团建设、心理导航及生涯规划教育、班主任队伍建设等五个方面开展校本德育实践探索,并取得了初步成效。
