TOFD检测技术利用超声波遇到诸如裂纹等的缺陷时,将在缺陷尖端发生迭加到正常反射波上的衍射波,探头探测到衍射波,从而对缺陷进行判定。具有缺陷检出能力强、缺陷定位精度高等特点,电站设备可以采用此技术检测部件内壁及内部缺陷。1 TOFD检测的基本原理及工艺TOFD(Time of flight diffraction technique)检测技术是一种利用缺陷端部的衍射波传播时间差来进行缺陷检测与定量的方法。
