从接触热阻的基本概念出发,在同心复合圆筒体平面应力的条件下,分析了稳定态线性热传导对接触热阻的影响,建立了总温差与无因次接触压力和无因次接触热阻的关系,并计算分析了复合圆筒体的组成材料、配合程度和表面粗糙程度对无因次接触热阻的影响.所提出的理论分析方法及计算结果,对同类情况下工业热接触的数学模化和数值模拟具有一定的参考价值
Based on the basic concept of contact thermal resistance, under the condition of plane stress of concentric composite cylinder, the influence of steady linear thermal conduction on contact thermal resistance was analyzed. The total temperature difference and dimensionless contact pressure and dimensionless contact heat The relationship between the material composition, the degree of compounding and the degree of surface roughness on the thermal resistance of dimensionless contact was calculated and analyzed. The proposed theoretical analysis and calculation results have certain reference value for the mathematical modeling and numerical simulation of industrial thermal contact under similar conditions
