夜盲症发病原因的探讨(一)膳食中甲种维生素缺乏:甲种维生素结合蛋白质,它组成司夜视力之视网膜中桿状细胞视紫质,如缺乏即呈现夜盲。根据下表的统计可以证明:甲种维生素不足与夜盲发生数之关系表(1)(二)缺乏摄取含甲种维生素之蔬菜,蔬菜是含甲种维生素之原,一般蔬菜裹大都含有葫萝蔔素,此即甲种维生素的前身,菠菜、洋柿子、葫萝卜、芹菜、白菜、葱等均含有丰富的甲种维生素前身——葫萝卜素。但我们部队对此类副食品摄取不多,成为发病原因之一。证明:×团二连,自六月到九月末,四个月内,採食野菜8,764市斤,其中野芹菜佔(1/3),平均在四个月
