目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立红蓼乙酸乙酯部位的指纹图谱。方法:以Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;DAD检测器;流动相为甲醇-水梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃。结果:以26个共有峰为评价指标,精密度和重复性实验中各共有峰相对保留时间RSD均小于3%,10批不同产地红蓼相似度大于0.9。结论:此方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,有助于红蓼药材的质量控制。
Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint of ethyl acetate in Polygonum hydropiper. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of an Agilent C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), a DAD detector and a mobile phase of methanol-water gradient at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a column temperature of 30 ℃. Results: With 26 common peaks as the evaluation index, the relative retention times (RSDs) of the common peaks in the precision and reproducibility experiments were all less than 3%. The similarity of the 10 batches of Polygonum orientale was greater than 0.9. Conclusion: The precision, stability and repeatability of this method are good, which is helpful to the quality control of Polygonum capitatum.
