采用比色法测定了水陆稻8个品种苗期淀粉酶活性,认为不同时间的(α+β)-淀粉酶活性不同,以一叶一心期酶活性最高。而且,酶活性高低反映出品种抗旱能力的趋势,即酶活性高者其抗旱能力强。β-淀粉酶活性变化趋势与(α+β)-淀粉酶总活性一致。因此,β-淀粉酶活性高低也与品种抗旱性呈正相关。以上两种淀粉酶活性均可做为鉴别水稻品种抗旱性的参考。
The amylase activities of 8 cultivars of rhizosphere land under paddy field were determined by colorimetry. It was concluded that the activity of (α + β) -amylase at different time was different, and the activity of amylase was the highest at one leaf and one heart phase. Moreover, the level of enzyme activity reflects the trend of variety drought resistance, that is, high enzyme activity of its drought-resistant ability. The trend of β-amylase activity was consistent with the total activity of (α + β) -amylase. Therefore, β-amylase activity level also has a positive correlation with drought resistance. The above two amylase activities can be used as a reference to identify the drought resistance of rice varieties.
