对自然流产或宫内死胎的细胞基因研究一般用普通的组织培养和染色质核型诊断,此项技术受很大的限制,如培养不易成功或母体细胞选择性生长;另外如用荧光原位杂交(FISH)特异探针,虽然可以诊断非整倍体,但仅限1个或几个染色体部位。应用比较性基因组杂交(CGH)的方法与普通细胞基因分析比较,对21例胎儿滋养层细胞进行分析。这些胎儿来自自然流产、宫内死胎或多发畸形综合征。
