介绍了采用转炉→LF+VD→CC生产弹簧钢60Si2MnA的冶炼工艺;通过现场取过程样,实验室分析,确定了此工艺生产的弹簧钢夹杂物水平和夹杂物转变过程,钢液中的氧化物在精炼过程中由简单类型转变为多元复合夹杂物MgO-Al2O3-CaO-SiO2,部分夹杂物中含有CaS;对轧材进行夹杂物评级和低倍评级,检测轧材质量水平。通过旋转弯曲疲劳实验,分析疲劳试样断口夹杂物成分,确定引起疲劳断裂的夹杂物类型。
The production process of 60Si2MnA spring steel with converter → LF + VD → CC was introduced. Through the process of site and laboratory analysis, the level of inclusions in spring steel and the process of inclusions transformation were determined. The oxidation of molten steel In the process of refining, the simple type is transformed into the multi-composite inclusions MgO-Al2O3-CaO-SiO2, and some inclusions contain CaS. The inclusions are graded and evaluated at low magnification to test the quality of the rolled material. Through rotational bending fatigue test, the composition of fatigue specimen fracture inclusions was analyzed to determine the type of inclusions that caused fatigue fracture.
