The latest development of MRI sequences, based on the GRE T2 * WI, SWI is a highly sensitive sequence of paramagnetic materials that amplifies the subtle differences in the magnetic field between tissues to reveal bleeding not easily detected by conventional MRI Sexual change. Cerebral micro-hemorrhage is a major indicator of small vessel lesions, detection of cerebral micro-hemorrhage for the diagnosis and prognosis of hemorrhagic lesions has a very important significance. The sensitivity of SWI sequence to intracranial hemorrhage is higher than that of conventional sequence, which can provide more supplementary information for routine sequence and improve the diagnostic and differential diagnosis of cerebral micro-hemorrhage. It will be more widely used in clinical practice.
