激光是一种光电子学新技术,我们应用CO_2激光对实验动物移植性肿瘤作实验治疗观察,同时用激光合并化疗、化疗、单纯激光对移植性肿瘤作了治疗效果比较。本实验结果表明CO_2激光对不同的移植性肿瘤有一定效果,小鼠黑色素瘤经激光照射后肿瘤消失率为80％,小鼠S_(180)肉瘤肿瘤消失率为80％,大白鼠瓦克癌肿瘤消失率为47.6％。同时激光合并化疗比单纯激光疗效有显著提高。大白鼠瓦克癌经激光照射,同时给予化疗,肿瘤消失率为77.8％(X~2=6.210,P<0.05),而单纯激光治疗,肿瘤消失率为47.6％,表明激光合并化疗,明显地增加其对瘤体的破坏作用,使疗效显著提高。激光是一种光电子学新技术,1963年Mcguff首先用红宝石激光照射移植在田鼠身上的Pitt_4黑瘤,使肿瘤消失,其后Goldman用二氧化碳激光在临床上治疗二例恶性肿瘤病人,一例是基底细胞上皮瘤,另一例是分叶的血管肉瘤均获得成功,分别随访八个月和九个月未见复发。随着我国社会主义建设事业的飞跃发展,激光技术在临床医学上的应用范围日益扩大。我们应用CO_2激光对不同的移植性肿瘤作实验治疗观察,同时用激光合并化疗,化疗、单纯激光对移植性肿瘤作了治疗效果比较,为了这目的进行实验研究,从结果表明CO_2激光对不同的移植性肿瘤有一定效果,同时激光合并化疗比单纯激光疗效有显著提高,现将实验结果报导如下,供临床应用激光治疗肿瘤提供参考。

We conducted an experimental study for this purpose. The results showed that CO 2 lasers were different. The transplanted tumor has a certain effect. At the same time, the laser combined chemotherapy has a significant improvement over the laser therapeutic effect.
